  • Add me! I have similar goals and an HR Fitbit
  • I'm shooting for 140. I used to really fit in my 20's and was 130. I was up to 189 last year and am down 10 lbs. still a long way to go. Looking for friends along this journey. I'm 35, married, and a beginning runner.
  • I started a run/walk program 6 weeks ago and am down 10 lbs. also signed up for a half marathon in OBX in November since I'll be there visiting (crazy cause I'm not a runner). Looking for friends and support to do this together. I also use a Fitbit HR
  • Weird It cut half my post
  • I'm new to running too. Just started the JeffGalloway 13.1 app training last week. My first half is in November. I mainly want to get in shape and shed these extra lbs!
  • I used my one like that all the time. It integrates your "exercise" with your overall daily steps and will account for both. You will get extra calories burned with a lot of steps though. MFP works great with the fitbit app. They sync together.
  • I just did the same thing as most of my old "friends" were inactive or not supportive. Maybe because I lost then gained back, but I'm looking for a fresh start. Even when I posted looking for suggestions no one would comment. So to all of you that are in this, I want to start over and need some new friends too so add me. :)
  • Thanks for adding me ladies. With support and motivation we can DO THIS!
  • Welcome! I need some new friends too. We can DO this :)
  • I'm in if you all wanna start a 30/30 group. I'm 32 with 39lbs to go. I'd be happy with 25 but might as well aim high. ;).
  • I am just starting turbo jam. Also have Brazilian Butt Lift which I did last summer and loved but have since put the weight back on. Time to do this for real and keep it off. I am also starting with the 10 day turbo slim diet. I'm on day 5 and do far love the food and it has been really easy to stay under my calorie goals.…
  • This week I am restarting my second 30 day round... Had to take a couple weeks off due to a chest cold and not being able to keep up with the workouts. I love the program though and have been seeing results. Even after one day back on the Bum-Bum I am sore and I feel the difference between these workouts and any others I…
  • Anyone still in this group? I finished with the first round of Pear Shaped program, lost 5 lbs and 2 inches off my waist and an inch off my hips so far. Did the first week of Classic last week, but missed a couple workouts so I'm going to start over with that again next week. Sometimes it's hard for me to get multiple…
  • I use a Heart Rate Monitor and think its the easiest to track because you just strap in and go for it. A great investment because even on the same workout I can vary hugely in calirie burn depending on the day and my energy/intensity level.
  • Oh yeah, and I'm doing the Pear shape program for the first round, think I'll go to classic next. Created by MyFitnessPal.com - Nutrition Facts For Foods
  • I just started week 4, great workouts and a fun program. Definitely feeling the difference in muscle tone and shape, but not seeing results yet... Nice to see others are doing it too!
  • Invest in a HR monitor, you can track how hard you are working and it will tell you exactly how many calories you burn, different fitness zones etc. I have a Polar FT7 and love it. It has helped me stay motivated too since it keeps all your workouts logged in.
  • Hello everyone! I am in week 3 of BBL~ Tough workout this morning with Cardio Axe AND Bum Bum, but I made it through and burned over 600 calories!!! I got the Brazil Butt Lift program in December and did 2 weeks, through to New Year's Day, then took a couple weeks off because I was sick. Back on track and started my 3rd…
