  • I'm running one next month...I've never ran that far before, so I know I'll have to walk a lot of it...but just training for it keeps me running daily and staying in shape...Good luck to everyone that has one scheduled...
  • Awww...I'm running my first 5K Saturday and me being up at 2 in the morning is an obvious indication that I'm nervous. I've only actually ran 2.44 miles before and it was tough...I'm hoping adrenaline and the determination not to totally embarrass myself will get me through it LOL...I'm a little nervous because it "seems"…
  • I know you've probably already taken the pics etc...and the Miss Me looks great on you but since I'm a curvy fit and need a short inseam also I wanted to let you know of some great jeans...They are Silvers but in the Suki fit...They're very flattering :)
  • I have probably a silly question, but I always thought I couldn't run because I was heavier...but now that I've lost some weight, my knees STILL feel like they want to slip out of place? Is that normal? Should I just stretch more? I bought 2 knee braces and that seems to help but I feel confined lol...oh and new running…

  • I'm going to a dietician and she said always walk at least 15 minutes a day...If you can do more, then great but everyday exercise 15 minutes...so if it's the weekend and that is all I want or can do that day....I log it...If I don't, I won't remember and she won't see that I put forth some effort on the weekend ;)
