Thank you so much. It is so difficult at times. I just think wow it's been 6 months and I what to show for it ya know? Half a year and, I accomplished 15 lbs to gain it back. But, tomorrow is a new day so, just have to remember to stay positive. Just hard to remember that when you start falling down that hill...

Yeah right now i'm using a pair of jeans and i measured everywhere on my body so i could re-measure every month.

Yeah. I'm excited to lose more weight. Only on week 2 and i'm loving it. I screamed for my husband when I weighed myself and lost 9 lbs lol. He probably thought i was dying but, it feels so much better to lose the weight then eat the fat.

Okay! Thanks alot. I'm just setting really small goals every week cause if i set a big one i'm terrible at following thru. I was just scared I'll lose 50 lbs and wont look any different. Lol.

I unforunately was bullied in school especially junior high school. I weighed probably 200lbs in 6th grade and went up from there. It really is diffucult but, If it was easy then we wouldn't be so proud of every pound we lose no matter how great your weight loss goal is every pound is everything to be proud of losing. [=

My doctor told me to eat 1200 cals a day. And, the first few days were extremely hard. I never realized how many cals were in every daily thing I was eating.
