im really sick sick. i even have to prepare hubby birthday party and im dragging my self to one place to the other. What really upsets me is my throat and my obstructed nose :(

Being able to eat without starving my self is great. But the major issue is that i dont have a decent gim in more than 150km. So i need to find a way to workout strength without a gim. Also dont have money to buy equipment. Here i just walk and play wii.

thank you all i think i need to find my way still. All the diets that the docs prescribe to me just fail because i hate them. For me , i think that as long as im bellow the calorie intake, its cool...maybe im seeing it wrong

Exactly! I feel like im starving all the time unless i eat something i really like, like a small portion of fries (around 200 calories) or a little bit of chocolate (around 150 cal) by the end of the day, like a prize for being a "good girl".

i have the same problem, but not because of the weight...couldnt care less about gaining weight with a pregnancy, because by the end that is not important, what is important is to have a healthy baby. The weight you can always take out with more or less effort, but the health is for life.
