Does any one hates fruit?
I really dont like fruit. Ok, i can eat banana and apples and not much more. Even apples i dont like to eat them by biting them, i have to cut them in peaces. I like strawberries but they have to be mixed with milk or cream or so. Its just me or is there more people like this?

Need advise My heart rate is, at rest, around 90. I just bought a polar FT7 HRM. Will it be accurate?

need help with a doubt
Im eating around1350-1500 calories. But the last days im not feeling like eating all the calories. So when i exercise should i only exercise the amount of calories until having a net calorie of 1200 of can i exercise as much as i can? Im afraid that im below the net calories and that could slow my weight loss

How to deal with hunger?
I feel hungry all the time. Sometimes i know is just "emotional hunger" but other times (most of them) is actual hunger, like when our belly is growling. I ate the correct amount of calories and exercise as much as im physically and emotional able to. How do you deal with this?

dizziness and tremors
Sometimes i just get dizzy and shacking after eating any kind of meal (if it has some carbs it is way worse). Its almost like im going to faint.
