How to deal with hunger?

I feel hungry all the time. Sometimes i know is just "emotional hunger" but other times (most of them) is actual hunger, like when our belly is growling. I ate the correct amount of calories and exercise as much as im physically and emotional able to.
How do you deal with this?

    Have you tried spreading your daily meals out? Eating smaller but more frequent meals?

    Something that helps me a lot with hunger is to eat soup... It can be VERY filling and very healthy!

    Drink lots of H2O. Make sure you are eating enough protein.

    I drink water and if I am still hungry I eat. Raw nuts are great, packed with protein and help me feel full.

    I don't really ever feel hungry, if you eat good whole foods when you are hungry then you should feel pretty good.

    i have several snacks a day.
    Soup its a great idea, but i cant bring it around when im at work

    I suggest you open up your log so people can give more a more informed answer.

    I second that. If you open up your journal it gives people a better idea of what you are and aren't eating and can give you better advice based on that.
