Cant find any good exercises

Sorry to bother you all, but i was looking for good leg exercises on internet to do on my quick workouts and could find anything that i like.
I would like to do something like squats and lifting weights at the same time, so i can workout both big and small muscles.
Does anyone has a good chart or knows about a good site?I was seeing bodyrock but is too advanced for me

You could try Turbo Sculpt...I used it after breaking a bone in my foot and being unable to exercise for a few months just to get me back into exercising. Takes about 40min. It comes paired with Turbo Jam which is a quick 20 min cardio workout.
