Not as easy as that. if your body needs food and you are burning more than you eat it's no problem. The rule is based on the theory that most people eat at knight out of boredom, so you just don't eat late.

It sounds like you found your groove. Hope you can keep it going for a long run. I wouldn't mess with things too much, it can get tough to get back in your groove when you loose it. best of luck.

I can't believe your recording your calories correctly. I'm a male 5'10 active and at around 2000 a day and loosing weight. Are you sure your listing correctly and if not who cares as long as your full, energetic and loosing weight.

Dr Lustig compares the affects of sugar on your liver and other organs to alcohol. He says if you remove the extreme excess from your diet you can reduce or eliminate many health issues. It goes with the old saying everything in moderation. We just eat too much of it and it has been added to almost every thing you eat.

Eating back calories are really for people who train hard. You can't have a large deficit if your trying to bulk up and build muscle. From what I've been able to find its for the cardiovascular system. I've been taking it for a year or so with Ground flaxseed. Fish oil is supposed to be a better form of Omega 3 oil than Flaxseed, but flaxseed has great nutrients including soluble fiber.

, I'm with you, Healthy and skinny are not the same thing. I would rather eat healthy and I believe that it is not always the same for every one. I also believe there is enough research to show what you put into your body affect your overall health or lack there of.

I don't follow any of those types of supplements so I can't help you there. but the plans I mentioned may be good because they figure in off days and use an alternating schedule to prevent muscle fatigue. I think there are much better sources of fiber than a sandwich or toast, I credit quitting white bread, white rice, potatoes, pasta for my success in weight loss and overall improved health. Over 100 pounds in a year dating back before MFP for me. All the above equate to sugar.

Good luck, 20 lbs in two months (or close to it) is a good aggressive goal. That is also my goal, so far I'm off to a slow start. need to really pick it up and watch all those small things that add up.

I agree, with everyone who says enjoy your night out. we work hard to be able to enjoy special occasions. If you only get out every once in a while thats a special occasion and the whole reason you work so hard to improve your health. Tomorrow get back on track and use this to help make the daily sacrifices a little easier.
