Your right....we just need to stick to real food. I have greatly reduced processed food and have lost lots of weight and cravings.

well luckily for us all the body can handle extra calories during our TOM. The body requires it for the process. Don't go over board either...

Your body just needs a break. Try and relax and eat normal and healthy amounts of food.

my family uses cabbage and tomatoes with the sugar and vinegar mix and that is surprisingly good as well.

On saturday and sunday, I make sure to eat items I like at fast food places but I do stay within my required calories. I also workout on the weekends so that helps. Otherwise, I don't follow the whole plan as set by MFP. I just follow allowed calories and I have done very well.

Exercise can be the equivalent of Prozac, along with many other benefits. Welcome, best of luck counting calories and do throw in some exercise.

I tried just dieting and the lbs were super slow to come off. I then started exercising, and major changes!! So I am totally for exercise. I think we all need it more then we think we do. Some days I get really hungry, but only when I workout really hard. Otherwise, it helps curb my appetite. Thanks for sharing the article…

Every one is different. Listen to your body and eat as required. Not because you are bored etc.. I like to do the 3 meals at 400 and the rest on snacks in between meals

That was me,sweating from my face. embarassing. I do take thyroid meds and I was told it was really my weight. Well I havent had this problem in quite awhile. I have dropped quite a bit.

I do that quite often with juice. It was the only way I could slowly let go of soda.

Every person and every situation is different. If you can try it naturally...why not. I do know quite a few folks here at work that tried lap band and gastric bypass. I used to get back pain, and my doctor recommended pilates to strengthen my core and lower back. It sure works. of course...not right away. Back pain can be caused by bad posture or incorrect use of equipment that can strain your muscles.
