Mine is an average of 2 lbs, days before the start and I dont see it go away until my 5th day. Strange...I know, but all women are different. especially since some of us may eat more around that time or go straight for salty foods that cause us to retain water. :noway:

I just made some this week. I do pan fry them with no oil of course...I add some seasoning salt on them. Then I warm up some Heinz mushroom gravy and add fresh white button mushrooms. I pour this over the mushrooms, and its delicious. I learned this in High School cooking class, and my family loves it.

I have seen broad shoulders and you don't have them!!! Relax, enjoy the fact that you can stand strong. Everyone is unhappy about some part of their body. Just some of us are more verbal about it then others. Be happy that you can walk and see etc...

Hypnosis..is nothing more then a belief system. If you think it works,it does. I don't believe in it at all. However, I do believe the mind is very powerful and the brain calls all the shots

Mine varies, sometimes I do and sometimes its more or less. I do better when I do eat all of my exercise calories.

Whole Foods are best, anything processed will always have too much salt. If only we had time to cook right...........:laugh:

Go over your entries in the food diary. How much sugar are you having?? Too much can affect you. You can also check if you are eating too late in the evening, as you may not be resting as much as you sleep if your body is trying to digest your food. My uncle is a Doctor in New York, and has always warned me about diet soda and what he calls fake sugar. Really bad for you and makes you crave more sweets. He said if you have to have sweets, eat less but go for real sugar. Watch artificial sweetner in food as well. Activia lowfat yogurt uses artificial sweetner

I can see why you love them. I had such a pair that made me feel so good but then I lost 23 pounds and they don't fit anymore. Looking forward to find ing that special pair again...hopefully in a size 12. Congratulations!!!

I had asked my personal trainer, and I was told yes. You can eat a little too much today, yet work it off the next day. Apparently, the body doesn't work on exact 24 hr timeframe. I have been trusting this...and its worked for me. :smile:

ok I parked farther from the bldg I worked today and walked in pretty fast. Will do that again at breaks and lunches to meet the challenge....lol
