Great question...this confuses me because I dont see a 2lb loss each week as I set up in my goal. However, I am losing 1lb per week. So there must be something more to it.

running will blast away the calories, but you really need to do what works for you. I like to do different things so I don't get bored. You can start off by walking.........

some machines calculate calories burned on a average person weighing 150 lbs. MFP takes into consideration your weight

I have switched to eating more chicken, since I've heard all about red meat!! However, what is this with processed meat? I take it that includes cold cuts. I love cold cuts for sandwiches. Are those bad too? Any recommendations as to ones without nitrates?

Pretty amazing considering Ron has been up for elimination before and still made it out again. Great show, fun to watch.

I have not figured out why plantar fascitis comes and goes but I have absolutely no pain when I use my Asics Gel Kayano running shoes. All I have learned is that its in the shoes we wear........... some make it worse and some give relief.

Best advice I've read

New Balance are great shoes. However, if any of you are looking for great running shoes or more then an hour of walking...the asics Gel Kayano is the best. I read it in a health magazine where shoes were rated and they weren't kidding. Best shoes ever, and I do have plenty of the name brand ones.
