Well its that time again to get a blood test, but again its just seeing a nurse first, then seeing a doc after if theres any difference. So although im gonna request they test T3 again i know its not gonna happen. Still cant afford to illegally buy stuff off the net yet. Still angry and grumpy think its getting worse.…

Ive been taking a multi vitamin with iron, selenium and vitamin D. Recently bought Vitamin D3 25ug. Unsure of doses what are you lot classing as a high dose of vitamin D?

So, how do you actually know or confirm that your adrenals have crashed?

My doctor told me not to take caffeine for about 2 hours after taking my dose in the morning for a few months, so far like everything else it doesn't make the slightest difference.

I got 1900 calories at 186lbs! I gain weight at 1600, i cant imagine eating more. Currently set at 1400 although im at the breaking point of giving in again just soo miserable/fed up with everything. Nice happy post for today
