Are you taking any supplements? At the beginning you are losing a lot of water and that means you are low on electrolytes. Try adding some potassium, magnesium and sodium. I am starting the 30DS today too! I hope to finish it this time, I find it so boring! I am telling myself that it is only 20 mins a day, I can handle it : ) I am also going to do 30 mins of Zumba. Good luck everyone!!

This is the recipe I use too! I triple the recipe and divide into thirds. Then make two pizzas on my metal baking sheets and the third I make into cinnamon rolls. Whole family LOVES both the pizza and cinnamon rolls!!!

I have seen her on youtube! She is the reason I was looking for hip hop/pop. Do you just play her videos on your computer and dance along with them? Too bad she didn't have a DVD!
