Wow great post!! I have been trying to find a decent ftness site and have been on dozens over the years, as a fitness junkie I am always looking for different information and new ideas....Unfortunately they all have these threads...people who would rather be on here posting/complaining then out there doing....

Ah Sheila we all have days like that.....sometimes just getting your butt to the gym is half the problem....once you get there you will be glad you did...so get your butt to the gym...I am on my way too!!!! You feel better if you go then if you miss and once you start missing...it is even harder to get there!!

Just remember when you are at the gym everyone is there for the same reason.....to stay fit and be healthy (hopefully)! Very few people that I see at the gym that are seriously working out aren't very becoming looking. :wink:

I sweat as well! Whoever say women glow is full of it.. Although my sons dermatologist tells me that is why I have such wonderful skin....as said in a previous post sweating is great for the skin....
