I have been trying to find a decent ftness site and have been on dozens over the years, as a fitness junkie I am always looking for different information and new ideas....Unfortunately they all have these threads...people who would rather be on here posting/complaining then out there doing....
  • Ah Sheila we all have days like that.....sometimes just getting your butt to the gym is half the problem....once you get there you will be glad you did...so get your butt to the gym...I am on my way too!!!! You feel better if you go then if you miss and once you start missing...it is even harder to get there!!
