^This! You have to drink more water, 3 glasses is not enough. Working out, especially adding in strength training. Try getting some 5 pound weights and taking a long walk while holding them. Nothing big but I will be harder than just a regular walk. Do something for 15 minutes everyday that will get you a little bit closer…

Same here, I have very small ears and most buds either fall out immediately or they hurt really badly after only a couple minutes. Yurbuds are the only one's ive found that are comfortable and they stay in, they've fallen out 2 times because my hand got caught in the cord and yanked them out. hahahaha.

Go workout and take all your frustrations out on the pavement, or machine, or weight bench or floor, whatever it is that you like to workout with! It's a great stress reliever!

I usually come back with a "can't stop me now...! I am finally healthy" in a really excited voice, and the shear excitement in my voice usually turns them onto saying yeah you are wish I could do that too. Then I leave with the feeling of having been given a huge comment and mood boost.

I went to black coffee, it's my favorite way to drink it now. 0 calories... But if it is really necessary for you to drink your coffee with the additives in it then maybe do some pushups to kill the amount of calories you have taken in.

Dont forget to watch the increased sodium content in a lot of fat free and reduced fat items. The sugar and the sodium always seem to go up when the calories and fat go down. So read your labels. Also replacing plain greek yogurt for the sour cream will do amazing things and don't think you can tell a difference!

Personally I would recommend not stepping on the scale for the first month. Honestly, when starting a new exercise routine you will always gain water weight and it takes a while to adjust, plus I really think our bodies don't like to loose pounds, it's strange. Keep going, don't let this get you down, focus on how you feel…

To be honest from my point of view for me, I have done both, exercising without eating back, crabby, weak, hungry, tired, not a good thing; exercising with eating them back, stronger, satisfied, balanced mood, awake and alert. Pretty big difference for me.

Keep in mind that if you get in a fantastic weight lifting session that you will see a potentially big jump in the scale. This can even last for a week or more, when you jump up your workouts it is normal to see this. Just keep going...
