30 day shred results!

This is my first post but I wanted to post my 30DS results.

I measured myself on day 3 and again today which is day 30. I followed a 1200 calorie diet, ate healthy and made food decisions as best as I could. I took three days off (not consecutively). I forgot to take a picture at the beginning but I will before I start m my next work out. I am planning on doing the extreme shed and shred.
But here are my results:

Starting weight: !46.2 lbs
neck:13"
chest: 36.25"
waist: 29.25"
love handles: 37"
hips: 39"
rt thigh: 22.5"
rt calf: 14.5"
lt thigh: 22.5"
lt calf: 14"



Ending weight: 143 (3.2)
neck: 12.75" (.25)
chest: 34.25" (1.75)
waist: 27.5" (1.75)
love handles: 33.75" (3.25)
hips: 37.25" (1.75)
rt thigh: 21" (1.5)
rt calf: 14" (.5)
lt thigh: 21.5" (1)
lt calf: 13,75 (.25)


For a total of 3.2 lbs lost and 12in!!!!

    Congrats! You lost so many inches! I am on level 3 of the 30DS today and have only lost a little ove 4inches total! Can I expect to loose a lot more inches on level 3!???
  • Oh my god, amazing results on the love handles. I might have to do the shred again!
  • Thanks! I know I was pretty stoked about the love handles lol I only measured once but level three adds more resistance to the cardio and I think that helped :)

    how much jumping is in 30day shed. I live in an apartment above someone and don't want to tick them off...
