• If you put your fish oil in the freezer then you shouldn't have that problem. A little tricked I learned from my sister inlaw! ;-)

• Learned this trick from Weight Watchers, I add 1/4c of unsweetened applesauce, splenda and cinnamon to taste...my daughter loves it that way too.
