I actually bake mine to cut out the frying process. you take corn tortillas and brush some olive oil on the top then cut them into triangles. then i add some salt and lime juice (it makes them crispier) and you bake them! Edit: the person above me pretty much summed it up too! lol

I agree with making your own! I love homemade chips way better than the store bought now. And you can only make a pan full so you don't tempt yourself in overeating.

I know this sounds like a weird solution to the chip problem (which I also have) but try making your own chips. That way- you can only make 10 or 12 chips-and that's all you can eat. Plus, I find they taste way better and you can make them however you choose! I usually just put some lime juice and a little salt. My main…

do you FEEL better? I think that's what matters most. The weight might be slow-but try to concentrate on the here and now-and recognize how much better you (hopefully) feel!

I find it really hard to plan meals in college-especially since we can't always afford to keep food stocked. I think I'll try to make a better habit of planning meals, and making sure I have snacks to eat that I won't feel…

First off, Congrats on the engagement! Second, I also have about 100 lbs to lose to be at a healthy weight, and I'm on my 3rd try of losing and keeping it off. I think you'll be successful- especially because you have a really big motivator to keep you going!

I do currently walk around campus every day- I guess I should have added that. and I carry everything I can manage to fit in my backpack-so I usually have a good 10-15 lbs with my everyday! I think my biggest issue is just with food. It's a mixture of binge eating and not knowing what I SHOULD be eating.

My name is Christine- soon to be graduate from UWW. I am a 22 years old and am currently 5'5 and 235 lbs. I've lost and gained and lost and gained weight so many times I've lost count. Since new years I've been trying to get my life back on track and eat better and workout more-but I'm having a really hard time maintaining…
