It's not just 8 glasses of water. You add another 8 oz of water for every 25lbs you're overweight. I'm 75 lbs over weight so my daily intake it 11-12 glasses. You really do learn to enjoy it. I work 2:30pm until 12:30am four days a week. I go to the gym after work (early morning). I log my calories up until midnight but add my workout to the next day. It was too confusing to backtrack to the previous day to log my exercise. ~OWW~

I use ONLY AdvoCare products because they are pharmaceutical grade as opposed to commercial grade. I'm 5'3" and heavy breasted too! I'm hoping for 140lbs (at 51 I can't get more realistic than that). I'm a wannabe runner and having a big chest and attempting to run is quite cumbersome...not to mention the gawkers. I have to wear two sports bras to control "the girls" or they have waaay more fun than me.

Runkeepr is available in Google market place. My phone and table are Android. Runkeeper has tons of cool functions. I use it at the gym as well. CONGRATULATIONS! I remember being able to run my first lap. It got addictive and before I knew it I had signed up to run a 5K and a half marathon. I recommend the couch to 5K program. That's how I got started. Now I run using the Jeff Galloway interval running method. Remember to "Keep on moving". ~OWW~
