I use syntha-6 vanilla ice cream at 190 cal per scoop. Not sure if this has anything to do with how I burn calories, but I am at 5100 ft above sea level.

my HRM is set at the correct weight, I just go off of my HRM reads per workout.

I'm doing 30 day shred/Hip Hop abs combo, some days I add in a hike or a jog. I figure it is a way for me to eat back my exercise calories without getting that overly full feeling at the end of the day where I am forcing myself to eat when I am not hungry.

I use BSN Syntha-6 Vanilla Ice Cream powder, a banana, 2-3 strawberries, Greek yogurt, and unsweetened almond milk blended with ice cubes. I look forward to my protein shake post workout so I chug, not gonna lie.

almonds, I snack on these constantly if I feel the urge to eat. I just make sure not to have more than 3 servings per day.

It's funny you say anxiety attacks and insomnia because I have been experiencing both of those in the last year. I also had an increase in depression where I was on anti-depressants all of last year. I cold turkey'd them at the beginning of February and replaced it with B1 vitamin. Didn't get any side effects whatsoever.

i don't use any oil or butter. i just generally just use my george foreman for grilling the meats to rid as much fat as possible and eat a lot of healthy/good for you fats throughout the day.

that's my next step, getting a hrm.. i'm trying to estimate as much as possible with how many calories burned but it is hard to do without monitoring your heart rate for sure. i'm not upset about the weight gain because i know a lot of it has to do with gaining muscle, i try to avoid the scale for this reason.

I eat 4 to 5 times a day to where I feel full each time yet I'm always under my calories and I feel like I'm stuffing my face. I don't feel starved at all and if I try to eat more I feel like I'm going to throw up. So I'm not sure how I can reach my calorie goal, any suggestions?
