I recently (within the last 3 months) started experiencing heat rash (i think) during cardio workouts. At first I contributed to the heat outside, but it has also been occuring indoors. My body becomes covered with red bumps post workout only and remain for about an hour before they finally clear. I really don't know why…

I've been thinking about this for the last 2 weeks and I'm trying to figure out some good things I could give up for LENT this year. gaining back weight?
It's four pounds, but how is that possible? I am on week 2 of insanity and over a month on exercise and following a diet. This past week I have been trying to eat back my exercise calories and it seems to be moving the scale in the opposite direction. Anyone else have this problem?
