Eric Clapton's slowhand- the whole album. Before this was lynyrd skynyrd's second helping. No, I am not old.

Your body doesn't care about what time it is. I eat 3 meals plus one snack a day. Or I nibble all day. Or I have ice cream at 2am, log it and fit it into my calories. No matter when or what I eat, I lose if I eat at a calorie deficit. I also have that delicious dinner, a protein with rice an veg. Nothing wrong with it, as…

I had symptoms starting at 21, and was diagnosed with relapsing - remitting ms at 27, i am now 29. I can go for months without issue, then I will hit a wall, my face, hands and back will have numb patches, I have extreme vertigo (pass out from bending over or climbing stairs or sitting up/standing quickly), one or both…

Salad, veg &hummus, ham/chicken sandwich loaded with veg. Pizza pretzel, smoothie, giant cookie, basically whatever fits your macros and your taste buds.

I'm not a big fan of pasta, when I do have it I add protein and veggies plus sauce and it's a big, filling meal. I add broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, mushrooms, onion, peppers, it really changes depending on the sauce and protein I am having.

Find out your TDEE (http://www.iifym.com/tdee-calculator/) eat that or more. Mine is currently 1850, give or take, so I eat 1850 calories or a bit more, i am nursing my now 5 month old. I have lost 14 pounds since Christmas using this formula. Be sure to weigh and measure your food so you have an accurate calorie count,…

I am 5'7" so not quite as tall. Currently at 185 in a comfy 12/tight 10 for pants and a m/l shirt. 145/150 is my goal, which puts me in a 6/8, depending on manufacturer. My butt, thighs& chest carry most of my weight.

I'm fast approaching 30 with 3 kids aged 5 months to 11 years. I definetly get the mom thing. Let me say you are a superhero. We tried homeschooling for 1 year and it was a mess. Your diary sounds a lot like mine. I am on mat leave right now, I go back to work this summer so I am trying to shed the baby weight (and other…

I take a bath with my music loud so I can't hear anyone else. Or I go for a long hike/bike ride (like several hours long), and have a treat afterwards since I generally dump 1000+ calories in the process.

Hi! I'm 29, also from Canada and our 3rd tater tot was also born in September. I'm about 35 pounds above goal currently, but 45ish down from my highest weight so I am on my way! Feel free to add me.

Your kids are old enough to learn basic cooking skills. If I know it's something that they truly dislike after multiple tries, my 11 year old can make something else that her& and her brother agree upon. She can make macaroni, noodles, rice, grilled cheese, steamed veg, nachos, and a few other things with minimal…

Breakfast, usually nothing, I walked 45 minutes to school for an academic program, never had time to eat. Weekends I'd have cold cereal or instant oatmeal. Lunch I would go to the burger stand with my boyfriend (now husband), so we'd have burgers, poutine, onion rings etc. Or we'd eat cafeteria pizza. Weekends would be a…

I pre-logged my junk food that I will inevitably eat tonight, and worked the rest of my day around it. I managed a really good day and hit my protein macro (which I struggle with), and I still have a treat to look forward to.

I love strawberries, but I can't stand ice cream or yogurt that has artificial strawberry in it. Tastes like mold to me, always has. Strawberry milk is fine though. We have largely removed artificials due to one kid being extremely sensitive to them, but when I do have them they taste no different than they used to. Maybe…

5'7" female, currently 187, goal 150 ish. I look like a skeleton with boobs at 140.

Eat what you like, just less of it. I eat a variety of fruit, veg, grains and proteins, and I have room for some treats too. Food scale is my friend. It really depends on your goals, but I find that exclusively eating 'healthy' foods will lead to a crash and burn situation. Sure, have the healthy stuff, but don't forget to…

Vanilla bean ice cream with a shot of good espresso poured over. Seriously the best thing ever, I fit it in my calories often and there is no guilt, just deliciousness. I have a hard time not scarfing down a whole bag of chips if I have them, they are the only food I try to restrict. I don't need them, don't really want…

Firstly, calorie deficit, but not too big. Weights, bike ride, hike, swim. Find an exercise you like and do it. I hate running and jogging, so I don't do those.
-
5'7", female. Same boat as you. Lost 85, gained some back, now at 187. Running became more comfortable at 165-170, but I hated it at 145 and I hated it at 231. Some people just hate running. I can bicycle or hike for hours, but running still sucks.

If it's important to her, then do it. I personally wouldn't be upset if I got no chocolate for V-Day. He did the cheesy flowers and chocolates when we were younger, nowadays we have other things to celebrate, no weird holiday needed.

I want dinner NOW, but it's only 2:30. French dip sandwiches and red wine. Om nom nom.

Add me. I track everything daily, good or bad.

Did not eat my feelings after my oldest child was acting like a giant ****. Hell has no fury like a pre-teen girl.

Hi! I have 3 kids, youngest is 4 months. I'm down 44 pounds from my highest weight with 35-40 to go. Feel free to add me.
-
Thanks! I'm down 44 with a goal of 80-85

I love salad, but it has more than just veg in it. I only add things I like and I switch up the greens. I normally add tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, hot sausage/chicken/bacon/cheese/egg and a homemade greek yogurt dressing that makes everything awesome. Or I will soft boil an egg and use the yolk for dressing. It's…

Welcome back! I was in the same boat not long ago. I had lost 85 a few years ago and gained 70 back. I am back on track and have 37 left to lose. You can do this, starting over is better than standing still.
-
I was expecting to lose 1 pound a week at this point but I am down 12 pounds in a month. Can't say I'm not happy about that.
