I really loved how I looked and felt at 150, but I could have done a little better. I will decide when I get there, somewhere between 135-150, I have a medium frame I think. Hourglass shape.

Oatmeal of any kind, I especially love bob's red mill steel cut oats, I mix in a banana and sometimes use dark chocolate milk instead of regular. Also bananas, I love them. And eggs, I could eat an omelette daily. These are not new to me, but they are my go to's.

I've finally been able to say thank you, instead of turning beet red, looking at the ground and not responding. It took a long time for me to get there. Back away from the scale, keep doing what you're doing and weigh in in a month. If you still don't like what you see, then change it. A week is not enough time to judge anything really. Patience is key.

Sometimes oatmeal, or an omelette, steak&eggs, cottage cheese with fruit, whatever I feel like really, but i seldom eat at breakfast time, it's usually closer to brunch. That's on my days off. On work days if I eat before 10am, it's a banana on the way to work.

Nothing. Yesterday was lifting day, day before was a 2 hour hike and naughty business in the forest, tomorrow is lifts and whatever else I feel like.

I was mixing mine with milk, but it's just gross. I ended up making a smoothie with banana, milk, berries and sometimes yogurt. I can still taste the suff, but I can still stomach it this way.

Have a peri peri 1/4 chicken with a mixed leaf salad, it comes in around 340 cals with about 45g of protein if I remember correctly. Or do what I do, enter it into your diary beforehand, that way you can pick and choose and decide what fits your needs best.

I count my tea as water since I don't add anything besides the tea bag/ball, on top of that I drink maybe 4 cups.

Air pop it. 35 cals per cup. I have 2 cups popped plus 1tsp melted butter and some garlic powder for 105 cals. Take out the butter and you can have 3 cups popcorn.
