Yup. Love avocado, love eggs. I tried it a few times thinking i had got the baking time wrong or something. Either way it way rubbery and the avocado flavor was ruined.

Whipped cream. It's made from rainbows and puppy kisses and thus, i rrfuse to log it. 56 pounds down, i do log absolutely everything else, and whipped cream is not had very frequently.

My asics and under armors are both a 10, but the under armors are a bit smaller in the toe box, width-wise. I prefer a wider toe box but they are still pretty nice.

Cherries and vanilla ice cream drowned in espresso. Om nom nom.

Add me if you like :) my kids are 11, 7, and 7 months. I'm down 42 pounds since the little one was born with 23-28 left to go. I'm on maternity leave right now but go back to work full time in july.

Feel free to add me. I was 231 after baby #2, lost down to 145, then laziness and baby #3 brought me back to 215. He's 7 months now and i am currently at 173. My goal is 145-150 as well. Oh and i am 5'7".

I also think it has some to do with weight/body fat/hormone changes. The more i weigh, the worse it seems to be. I am less than 15 away from a 'normal' weight and i haven't had a pimple since i've been under 200 pounds. I turn 30 this year, so maybe i'm just outgrowing it as well (i've had acne since i was a teen).

Coffee with 2% milk, steamed. I much prefer whole milk, but my MIL picked it up for me the other day, so i've got to use it up.

I just have a barbell and hand weights at home. I started out with just the bar and have added weight to that. They have loads more equipment at the gym, but i have a job and 3 kids, so it's easier to do it at home. If it's something you're interested, there's an app called stronglifts 5x5. It shows you the proper way to…

Unfortunately, cleanses don't do anything, except maybe give you the runs. You kidneys and liver do all the 'detoxing' your body needs. Drink some water, forgive yourself and move on. I promise you won't feel icky forever.

Peppercorn gravy. Would drink it but that would end horribly. Also love malt vinegar. I tolerate mayo sometimes and ketchup is an abomination.

You can add each item individually, or there is a recipe builder. If you make the same smoothie daily you can make the recipe, then just pick that and it will have all the nutrition info there.

5'7", started at 231, currently 173. I walk 3-5days a week for an hour+, and i lift weights at home 3x a week. The weight has come off nicely, but when i started back with the weights is when the inches really started moving. I also go for a good hike once in a while.

With the way our school is, morning snack is a must. They have recess first, then 13 minutes to come inside, get lunch bags, eat, put bags away, wash their hands and be ready to learn. My 7 year old can maybe eat 1/2 a sandwich in that time. If he didn't have a snack in the morning he would be starving by the end of the…

I am breastfeeding my 7.5 month old. I eat 1850 a day, sometimes i eat exercise cals, sometimes not. I've lost 26 pounds since dec 27. I was eating 2000 up until mid march. I don't log breastfeeding at all, but my supply is still strong (i had oversupply issues in the beginning).

I eat my exercise calories back if i am hungry, if i'm not, i don't. I eat them on average twice a week, and have maintained 1 pound-ish lost per week. I am still 30 pounds from goal, when i get to 20 i'll be eating more back and looking to lose .5 pounds/week. If it's a big burn (1000+) i eat about half back.

My 7 year old likes to use my weights. He knows how to add& remove weight (i help him), and he's learning good form. It's so funny watching this 53 pound kid lifting a 5 pound dumbbell grunting 'i'm gonna be so strong, i'm gonna be batman!' My 11 year old is a competetive dancer (jazz&hip hop), she's always teaching me her…

By myself. No interruptions. I'm busy pretending I am she-hulk.

I used to have negative thoughts like that. Like there was some imaginary hurdle i had to get over. I was constantly starting over. You have to learn to accept your setbacks, and not punish yourself for them by restricting your calories the next day (i did this and it was just a mess, mentally and physically). Just move on…

Hi! BFing my 7 month old. I've been (back) here since just after christmas, lost 25 pounds in that time.

What he said. I have 3 kids and I bought a barbell and some free weights when my second was tiny. I can crank out a decent workout either during naptime or after everyone's in bed. Between husband, kids and work it's just not fesible for me to go to the gym anymore.

I total my calories for the week (12,950 + exercise) and i add my calories together at the end of each day. Some over, some under. If i come in under my total, I lose. Keep in mind that it's not linear. I lose consistently for a few week, don't budge for a few weeks, and sometimes i have a bigger than expected loss.

Walking is my 'me' time, i just enjoy nature and relax for a few hours. So relaxing. I have a baby, a kid and a pre-teen, so really it's the only peace i get. Lifting... well i like to hulk out. Me and my little bitty muscles. I feel so strong and powerful afterwards, and i daydream about how super strong i will be one…

This. Nothing like berries fresh from the farm. I wait all year for strawberries & cherries.

56 so far, still about 30 from goal.

If I'm looking for no cal options i'll either get a quad shot straight up, or bended with ice or an unsweetened iced passion tea. The tea has 0 and the espresso has under 10. I don't do the skinny/fat free/sugar free. I'll either get the calorie dense awesomeness or one of those options.
