Tattoos. I reward myself in ink for bigger goals. my final goal will see a completed shoulder plus quarter or half sleeve, i'm not completely decided. My mini reward for sticking to my calories weekly is a piece of workout gear. Last week I got a Barbell, this week a pair of shorts and tank top for working out in. Next…

The gym is a dirty *kitten*. All those other people, men and women in and out, all hours of the day and night. Yet everybody loves her.

My husband ditched his crapple for android. I've brought him over to the dark side. He has a Samsung galaxy beam (it has an awesome projector) and says it's miles better than and iphone, he had a 4 and the 5 is really not looking impressive. i''m looking at an s4 to replace my galaxy vibrant.

I've never heard of someone eating like an orange. I cut it in half and sprinkle it with brown sugar or a bit of honey. Sometimes I broil it as well. I thought everyone did it this way.

I've gone from a 38f/g to a 34 dd. I've still got about 20 pounds to go, I'm hoping they shrink a little more.

You are making amazing progress! You look much younger in the second picture as well. Keep up the good work!

My regular bras are hand wash only, I was them after 2 wears. My sports bras get washed after every use as they get sweaty and gross quickly.

Clearly my snacking at 11pm and not usually eating til 10am is impeding my weight loss. And I totally didn't cut my body fat by 5% in the last month. To the op: you are at a perfectly lovely weight for your height. No need to starve yourself. If you are seeking to lose inches, you might try weight lifting, it will help…

Eggs. I love them, especially omelettes or hard boiled. I eat 1-2 dozen a week. Om nom nom.

I'm 5'7" and currently 163. I was quite happy at 150, but still felt I could do a little more. My goal is 135-145, depending on how I look and feel when I get there.

I don't know really about the calorie amounts beyond my favourite beer being 160ish calories per bottle. I enjoy whiskey and 151 when I am in the mood for a drink. I don't usually have mixed drinks, unless it's St. Paddy's day then it's Irish car bombs and paralyzers for me.

Mine is set to 18 per day. Does the job for me. If you feel you need more you can change it. MFP can recommend things, but you know your body best.

I don't count black coffee or tea. Or whipped cream, but this is more to do with the fact that whipped cream is made from love and unicorn farts, and is therefore zero calorie.

I prefer to spend my money on real food.

There is no substitute for the whiz. Have a little, enjoy it, move on.

I work out after dinner, so my pre varies. Today it is steak, baked potato, broccoli and salad. Post is greek yogurt or cottage cheese with fruit, a protein shake, dark chocolate milk, or sometimes (gasp) ice cream or a pizza pop.

Love riding bikes. We do a 8-12k ride with the kids almost weekly during the summer. We do 20-40k rides if we are sans kids. I have a speedometer app on my phone and it's been quite accurate thus far. We do a slower pace of course, but at least we get out there. Camelbaks are a great investment as well, we each have one as…

1. pbprincess 2. 67 pounds in 2 years, slow and steady 3. 15-30 more, depending on how I look and feel when I get there 4. Don't starve yourself, don't deprive yourself, and lift. The results I have seen from lifting are far better than any type of exercise I have done before, and I'm just getting started.

Gross. how did the chicken get so much fat on it in the first place? In my city we are boycotting Earls. They don't have change tables in their 'family friendly' restaurant bathrooms because it might offend other patrons.

Only if you go to sleep at 8. Eating while asleep is a choking hazard.

It's a good thing it's not his body then. Do what you do, for you. If he doesn't like it, someone else will. Sounds harsh, but I wouldn't be with someone who didn't appreciate me.

Once I hit maintenance I will track until I feel I am able to keep on track without it.

I've been told that I'm intimidating, mostly by my people I work with. Reasons such as a position of authority, self-confidence, being outspoken, and wit have all been cited. But we all know it's my amazing rack.
