I like the treadmill myself only because I can control the incline and speed.. works better for me and keeps me on track.

Skinny Cow has some good sweet treats in the freezer section of the grocery store and also in the candy section around 120 calories per packet..

I don't think anyone is to big for a bike. If your comfortable on it ride it. Your getting exercise so who cares what others think this about you and being healthy.

I know exactly how you feel. I was doing WW before I joined MFP and wasn't seeing progress so I am sticking to the 1200 calories daily here and not adding my exercise in and still scale isn't moving. I am going to stick to it but it sure makes it hard not to stay on track.

I always take Sundays off. I only walk at a fast pace on the treadmill around 2 miles to 2.5 miles a night, but I still need that one day to recover..

Count me in I walk 6x a week 45 min on the treadmill nightly.. Not losing a lot of weight but am losing inches : )

Find someone to work out with.. this helps me. My boyfriend goes nightly with me to the gym so on those nights when I just dont want to go I go not to let him down. It works for me : )
