Weigh yourself the same every time you weigh in. For example, my weigh in: Every Tuesday morning before breakfast I weigh in naked. Then I log it and go about my day and week. That way every week is exactly the same. Above, she weighs in every week the same so even if she didn't subtract her shoes she would know that she…

Wow! Guess I will be breathing more with deeper breaths. I do intense workouts and I thought I did get enough air. If I breathe more and I still yawn might hit up the doctor for some heart tests since heart disease runs in my family! Good lookin' out everyone! Thank you!
-
Well I'm not bored, I breath, and I'm definitely not nervous lol I love the gym and I love to work out. It's just weird.

Was going to start it but then my doctor put me on birth control lol I still have wicked break outs sometimes (mostly when I ate crap) but I use Clean&Clear facial cleanser that dries my skin out enough. All of my friends and family have tried it and it dries them out so much they feel like they'll bleed lol. Msg me if you…

I am a sugaraholic. Not even exaggerating. Stress sets me off and my body has the cravings of a rabid zombie. I have found that NOT eating sugar for a week or two makes my desire for it decrease. I used to do what you do with coffee, now I put a splash of skim milk and that's it. 6tsp of sugar in your coffee is too much,…

Some people eat their entire exercise back, some only eat some. I myself try to only eat some and get my NET as close to what I want to have consumed for the day. For example: On days I work out: I will have my NET as close to 1200 + 50% of my cals burned during workout On days I don't work out I will have my NET around…
-
Also, some people that are having a difficult time eating their 1200 cals a day have had or have eating disorders and they use this as a tool to retrain themselves to EAT. I myself do not have a problem eating a TON, but I have encountered many people who are trying to put weight on because they suffer from anorexia or…

yeahhhhh....they don't all use steroids...supplements? yes. But not all roids. Do some homework. I wouldn't think that the entrance of a body building competition would be labeled a sport but the act of body building is a sport. I think the competition and posing is kind of like a dog show (not to say that the people in…

My dentist is a hippie and doesn't advise for any of these things. Being that I'm on a budget I've tried the peroxide and baking soda thing and I haven't done it more than once a week (I keep forgetting!) but I think I'm going to try to get going on that a bit more. I dont think I would trust buying a syringe of gel from…

SW: 170lb CW: 161lb GW: 130-140lbs It has kind of become a game for me. How much can I lose?! Plus I lift heavy weights which might make me a really compact 140lbs so right now my goal is 140, if I'm not happy there, down we go!

You're basically saying that you are my Mom lol I'm a 22 year old girl in my 5th (AND FINAL!!!) year of college. My mom has been attempting to get me healthy for years. Unfortunately I didn't give a flying frito what she said. My mom works out almost everyday, eats healthy, and has a great time, so does my dad. I live with…

I just looked at your diary. Seems like you eat quite a bit of crap food :/ maybe that's all you have available? You should try to eat a bit cleaner. More veggies and fruits.
-
Add me if you'd like! But do not give up! Sounds like a plateau. Attempt to shake up your diet and exercise routine. Throw your body for a loop. Do you lift weights? If not, try lifting some weights. Your body starts catching on to what you're trying to do so you need to confuse it! Keep your chin up girl!

I listen to David Guetta for cardio (anything by him works for me), also DeadMau5. For weights (because I get down with the get down lol) I listen to Killswitch Engage and Five Finger Death Punch

Not married but I have been with my boyfriend for 4 years. When we started dating we were fit and happy and the last couple years (since his mom passed) we have wandered down this road of unhealthiness. While we have gone on crash diets together we have never ever made a lifestyle change. So one day I decided that this is…

I have debilitating cramps for maybe 2-3 days and I go to the gym and do cardio because THAT is THE ONLY thing that makes the pain tolerable.

Love elliptical. Right now I strength train and ride a spin bike for warm ups and cool downs but on days that I dont want to lift I use a Precor AMT machine, it's similar to an elliptical but your feet can move freely and I have found that I burn more calories on it. But I used to practically live on the gool ol elliptical.

Well I've decided that I'm going to lift and lift heavy about twice a week to start. I'm trying to lose fat still so I'm going to keep doing cardio and some light weight everyday. I am going to have a guy friend of mine teach me the proper form for deadlifting, squatting, and benching then I'll have my beginning numbers so…

I make a home made pho with them. I've read that they aren't very good with Italian dishes. But the pho I make with them is AMAZING. I just use low sodium chicken broth, some chicken, onions, green onions, some parsley, and any other condiments I'd like. Be sure you rinse them very well. They have a very odd texture but…

Like a few people have said, people can argue forever about science and articles that they read or what Dr Oz told them to do (I have noticed, perhaps its obvious to everyone by now that his weight loss tips usually end like this "take this then exercise and diet and you will lose weight" hmmm). But it all comes down to…

Thank you! GIRLS! LIFT AND LIFT HEAVY! Just because you go big doesn't mean you'll get big! It takes a whole lot of supplements to become a body builder!
-
I know it's not my post but I use Body Fortress because it's less expensive and still has quite a bit of protein in it.

Reese's Protein in your Cup 1c skim milk (or water for lower cals) 2 tbsp natural PB 1 scoop chocolate protein powder ice blend and die and go to heaven! lol
