Count me in as well! I've lost about 50 pounds so far and have hit a slow patch lately. Now that my sister's wedding is past, I have a lot more free time and loads less stress. :) I'm looking to at least be 30 pounds lighter by Christmas but am not going to stop there when I reach that goal. Staniel_2013, some staples for me are Greek yogurt, turkey sandwiches, lots of fruits and veggies occasionally with peanut butter, whole grain/high protein cereal w/almond milk, hummus, baked or grilled chicken, and some occasional red meat when it's a night out with friends/family.
