Having everything ready (lunch, work clothes, etc) ready the night before works for me. I get up, get dressed and out the door to the gym. Some days are harder than others for motivation but once I get exposed to the cold MI air, I'm plenty awake. The actual workout gets me pumped up for the day and puts me in a great mood…

My thighs have come down in size a bit but they are still thick and are loaded with muscle that's actually visible now. I've been doing exercises that work my glute muscles and the boyfriend says he sees a major difference in the shape and size of my butt, in a positive way. Don't get discouraged! Own what you have. :)

I've seen these postings and have frequently come in here and got that little extra boost of motivation I needed when either wanting to splurge on something out of my range for the day or totally skipping a workout. This is my work in progress pic. I still have about 40-45 lbs to lose and then I plan on adding some more…

Major nerd here and have been my entire life! Books are my main addiction and video games my newest one. Have 7 different gaming systems and am currently running Diablo 3 on the Xbox One. :smile:
