I can normally only run maybe 3mi. Then I just randomly tried listening to this Stephen King bing on the Audible app and I ran 11mi averaging 11min/per. Yesterday I tried music, and got bored at mile 2 lol then turned on another book & ran 7mi. Sooooo yall can try to switch it up. Idk. Worked for me.0
