Mostly crazy speed, heavy metal music. It has to be fast, furious, and loud

As of late, a lot of Nujabes, Concha Buika, flamenco music and Gorillaz... So pretty eclectic. As long as it has a good beat I don't care if the song itself is sorta mellow.

at the moment I'm absolutly loving Galvanize by The Chemical brothers, really keeps me going
  • I can normally only run maybe 3mi. Then I just randomly tried listening to this Stephen King bing on the Audible app and I ran 11mi averaging 11min/per. Yesterday I tried music, and got bored at mile 2 lol then turned on another book & ran 7mi. Sooooo yall can try to switch it up. Idk. Worked for me.
