Mega T, green tea pills work. I tried it about 8 years ago, took 2 a day, and lost 6lbs my first week; 11lbs by my second week. I've lost 3lbs in 6days on Lean Shake. The hunger subsides the 2nd into the 3rd day; then you're full into the evening. I only do a shake in the morning. Happy so far with the results.
