Peanut Butter on toast or celery. I also like turkey and cheese rolls (2) with a small spread of honey dijon mustard. (Choose a low-fat cheese, low-sodium turkey). Yummy!

Drink 2 glasses of water before you start eating (a total of 12-16oz). And definitely start with a salad...watch the dressing. And absolutely don't skip dessert. Even if that means you get a doggy bag for your food. Let us know how you did...

Yes WW does work. I lost 6lbs while on the plan (2months). I've recently re-dedicated myself to eating up to my points. Stick and stay and give yourself time to see the results. Good luck! (Feel free to add me as a friend, we'll support each other).

I don't know anything about the drug Fastin but I know a bit about fasting. Well, fasting is very different and you have to be careful. The thing I am looking forward to most when I reach my goal weight is looking up to heaven and telling my Mom and Father-in-law I finally did (all thanks to their encouragment they gave while they were here on Earth).

One of my biggest changes have been not looking in the mirror as often. I used to get upset when I looked in the mirror which led to binge eating...now I only look maybe once in the morning before I leave out for work. This has helped me tremendously.

Digitals are great because they give you lbs and ounces. I got mine from Walmart 4yrs ago. Sunbeam digital. No problems and works great! Oh and it was under $20bucks.
