I so use to have to make myself get up out of that bed and get moving. I don't eat before i exercise but i make sure i do after, like within 20 minutes of finishing and it should be protein. still trying that one. Now i don't even have to set an alarm i just wake up and go. My incentive right now is to get out and done…

When i did it i would do each level for 10 days, in a row. I finished in 30 days. I do have to say i had to modify the jumping jacks, they killed my knees. After i changed that my knees were fine. Oh those jumping jacks! Was a super good work out and i sweat buckets. hmm maybe i'll have to do another 30.

Only "good for you foods" in the house. shut off the vidio games and internet at certain times of the day along with TV. Once my kids would go outside i would have a hard time getting them back in. You bet i would. If i were younger no way but now at 45 a couple of kids weight gain weight loss, weight gain and well on the road to losing again. The need to be put in their place.

Get off your big butt and move. Go experience the world out there so much to see and do and so little time. (yes this is what i tell my kids, no not the big butt thing as they don't have what there mother does)

Oh thank you so much. I am looking and looking and trying to cook Gluten free for my hubby. He is getting sick of the same ol thing so i so appreciate it. the last cake i made was so dryyyyyy.
