wow thanks for all the responses! my measurements haven't changed really since summer, I do try to eat back most of my exercise calories ( not really know if u should ? ) , I exercise every day with either a exercise bike ,step machine ,walking , Pilates DVD I don't do the same exercise routine every day , I do a rest day…

I did get 10 minute solution Pilates, when I do it for 10 minutes & i log it under exercise Pilates it says I burned only 30 calories??? I don't have a HRM so I don't know for sure how many calories I will burn off but surely it would be more than 30 calories , or is that normal amount to burn while doing Pilates? I am a…

a question - if u are on level 2 and u log your circuit training 20mins it is still the same amount of calories burned as if u were doing level 1 still, what does everyone log level 2 as? I don't have a HRM maybe I should invest in one?

any1 else have foot pain specifically in the heel & I cannot put weight on the foot! it's annoying cos I cannot do all of JM 30 day shred today!!! I don't wear shoes doing the workout , should I ? I did the 30 day shred in April for about a week & I didnt get any pain anywhere any suggestions on what to do?

just looked on polar UK website at the FT4 cos I am thinking about getting one, is it just a watch or does it come with a chest strap cos it doesn't say & is it very reliable? thanks

I do Jillian Michaels 30 day shred everyday and that has Abs, Cardio, and Strength circuits , I also do bicycle crunches a lot

it is a big deal to me cos I didn't realise & I use a lot of ketchup so " only 100 calories " is a lot to me, considering its an extra 100 calories on my food diary!
