bad acne skin

exercise doing stair climbing
i am starting to use my stairs in my house as a exercise like going up and down them for about 10 minutes to start with , does anyone else do stair climbing as a exercise & what do people log it as on exercises? I have looked on MFP and they do have a walking upstairs so would I class it as that exercise?
