You're eating more now than you were then. Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

I don't know...in my case, without logging/tracking, I was able to listen to my body and eat when I truly feel hungry but when I am logging/tracking, I feel some sort of trapped by all that calorie thing and feel restricted and this leads to over eating/craving...That's just how I feel about myself.

    ^This.

Log everything you eat & drink accurately & honestly. Eat "healthy" (whatever that means to you) 80% of the time. Fit yummy, portion-controlled treats into your calorie goal. Deprivation can lead to bingeing.

Not everyone needs to meticulously weigh and count everything they eat to lose weight. There are plenty of people who are able to maintain their weight without knowing how many calories are going in. They listen to their bodies and spontaneously eat enough to maintain. Counting calories is not a sustainable way to maintain weight for the rest of your life, you'd go mad. For people who tend to overeat calorie counting is a useful way to lose weight, but it's certainly not the only way. And perhaps when you were listening to your body you were taking in less calories than when you decided how many calories you were going to take in and went by that. If you were losing weight before I don't know why you started tracking. Tracking is a pain and can cause a lot of stress and end up with people developing eating disorders so if you don't need to you are lucky and you should stick with what works for you.
