just done L1 day 8!!! found it a bit tough today maybe a bit run down cos I was so out of breath at the end of workout! who is still with me & on track still?

I am still here! did L1 day 6 yesterday! definitely getting stronger too & can do the cardio bit much better, this is the furthest I have ever stuck too this DVD! not checked inch loss will do on Friday I think!

so a question... if I have only 100g values of a product how do I get the value of 120g like calories, eg : the calories for 100g is 344 and I want the calories for 120g so do i take the calculation from above and change it to 20g : 344 x 0.2 = 68.8 cals and then add 68.8 to 344cals = 412.8 which would be the calorie…

L1 day 4 done!!! this is further than I ever got before! and it's getting easier! weird to say but I wore trainers for the first time today doing this DVD ( I usually go barefoot! ) & suprisingly to me it helped me to do the exercises better ( I think cos I don't slip around to much! ) & hopefully my knees will thank me…

I workout properly ( stationary bike & currently JM 30 day shred ) every week day and at weekends I usually have rest days maybe just walking is the only exercise I do

if I am going out to eat I always look online to see if I can find their menu to choose before I leave

wow L1 day 3 done!!! it felt easier and 20 mins seemed to fly by! and my knees don't hurt yet, maybe because I do at least 30 mins a day on a stationary bike too, but at this rate I will definitely stick with it for longer than last time!!!

stick with it!!! try the exercises for as long as u can, the more days u do the more of the exercises u can do!!! I hate doing jumping jacks! it will be hard at first if u are out of shape like me but keep going!

I do only weigh myself once a week I just weighed myself on Tuesday cos it was New Year's Day & I wanted my start weight of the year

so probably if I had kept up with my exercise over Christmas and new year it would helped later on?!

so if I took for example total fat amount from the 100g values which is 9g, so if I do 9 x 0.3 = 2.7, is 2.7g the amount of total fat in a 30g amount/bowl ? is that right?

thanks for your replies, maybe christmas is catching up with me! also I only did walking over Christmas and not every day so me starting to exercise like I did before Christmas ( stationary bike Pilates step machine ) is probably a shock to the system!!! I will carry on this week & maybe the scales will be different next…

I will log Christmas and Boxing Day but I will probably go way over on my calorie goal but I am not stressing about it, I will think about what I am eating & portions and things but I will try to have brilliant christmas too!!!

I do a Pilates DVD for an hour every other day, would that be classed as strength training ? what othe strength training could I try? I did Jillian michaels 30day shred but had to stop after a few days my knees didn't like it!
