I try to stick to my macors as much as possible. carbs:protein:fat = 40:40:20 I dont eat white bread and try to limit refined sugars as much as possible althou i will treat myself at the weekend :) MODERATION is the key :drinker: :wink:

Ive had an implanon fitted for the past 3 and a half years and in that time i LOST 2.5 stone! Everyones body reacts differently. Its actually most common to gain on depo injections of the oral contraceptive pill! Trust my fitness pals estimations and log :) Good luck! <3

Replace your carbs with vegetables. Try sweet potato as an alternative! :)

Eat more carbs than protein on weights day asyou need energy to work out. A protein shake immediatley after the gym will aid any muscle repair after workout. On your day off your muscles are in repair mode so up the protein in this day. :smile:

i like this idea, its like a subway but bagel style!! :) id rather have heaps of yummy filling than stodgy bread and carb overload, get in the protein! enough said!
