When is the most accurate time to weight yourself? I always thought that it was as soon as you wake up and been to pass urine so your body weight is after you have been fasting over night.

Post Op Exercise
Im going for an op next friday. I cant do any vigorous exercise for 1 week and cannot lift heavy for 6 weeks. How should I adjust my calories to maintain muscle my not gain fat? My TDEE is 1750 at the moment and that with no exercise added in. Should I be eating at BMR only? Any ideas?

Is it better to set kcal goal as TDEE with planned deficit and eat back exercise kcals OR set as TDEE and not eat back kcals? On the other hand, would it be better to do the above with BMR as goal? THOUGHTS? :]

What is the purpose of the 30 day shred? To loose weight, loose bf? Do you even gain muscle or tone on it? Surely HIIT and weight training is much more effective than this programme?

if i were to eat ... ?
If i was to eat under my daily calorie allowance but my macros were 100% protein, would my muscle be broken down less slowly from starvation than if my macros were 100% carbs? purely for scientific query only btw...im not going to do that, neither is it possible!
