HST Training

Hi Everyone.

I have been looking into HST training and am considering starting this when I return from a weeks holiday on the 8th of June.

I am looking for opinions, advice or personal experineces of HST Training and the best methods especially for females.

My goal is to maintain weight, gain muscle mass and loose BF through HIIT cardio.

I currently do 3 days of cardio and 3 days of weights.

Any suggestions about how to go about starting HST would be brilliant :)
