oops :) what I try to do is walk for 10-12 minutes and then jog/run for 3-5 then back to fast walking. it helps get my heart rate up and burn those few extra cals I wouldnt have in my 60 min work out just walking.

thanks! I know I can do it, it is just sticking with it. am on day # 4 in a row working out. I do cardio and always make sure to burn 350-500 cals. I believe if I can eat well, and do my work out at least 4 nights/days a week I can lose my 20 lbs! I am soo excited and really do love this site!
