I would log it as aerobic - it's running so definatley log it. It's not "life". Although it is fun. Life for me is sitting on the couch, anything else is exercise.

I bought a Blendtec blender - very expensive but very strong and easy to clean. I have a cup of berries, whole banana in 8 ounces of almond milk with some ice. If I need protein I add chia seeds. Drink it in the car on my way to work. I was doing green smoothies, much more nutrititious but I got lazy

I hate the gym and cancelled my membership. But I love to walk - so I try to walk 10,000 - 20,000 steps a day and do exercise videos for 30 minutes 3-4 times a week. Find something you enjoy.

I think they assign that 1200 calories to every woman. Red wine actually is good for your heart. It contains a lot of antioxidents and alcohol raise HDL - the good cholesterol. Personaly, I don't drink at all. But if people include it in their allowed calorie intake it can be part of a healthy diet

don't eat trigger foods. for me sugar donuts (mmmmmmmm donuts), sugar cookies, sweetened cereals smoothie for breakfast make my lunch drink lots of water log everything on MFP move my *kitten*

I am afraid that if i leave MFP I will become the fat slug that was previously me. 7am smoothie almond milk banana fresh or frozen beerries chia seeds few ice cubes 10am snack chobani yougurt or a mozzerella stick I miss bagles but I can't hadle all those carbs. Now I treat myself to one maybe once a month

hi, You sure can do it working out at home! just be sure to watch your diet too. Start by cutting out drinks with added sugar and juice, fried foods and increase fruits, vegeables, lean protein and water. Cardio will help more with weight loss but strengthening will increase your metabloism Good luck! Cindy

Hi, I add vegetables in so occasionally I can check and see if I am getting enough potassium, calcium, iron, etc. But as far as calories go, you don't have to count any vegetables except for peas, corn, potaotes and cooked dries peas and beans.

It's safe to have a cheese stick or a tablespoon of peanut butter. Just try not to eat any carbs at night. It hels to make sure you are drinking enough water too
