I just log strength training under the cardio and time myself so I know how many minutes to put in. I'm not sure how accurate that is, but I figure it can't be THAT far off. If anyone has a better idea, I'd like to hear it, too.

This is going to seem ridiculous, but to me, it's all about the water bottle. If it's in a glass, I can't do it. I have a camelbak water bottle that holds 3 cups and I use it for the gym. I stopped drinking soda about a year ago, and I actually did it on accident. I was away at college and one day the soda machines broke down.
