  • I check in every Sunday morning before breakfast. We are doing this as a family and since Jan 01 we meet at the scale for our measurements and weigh in then post it on a white board and on MFP. Keeps us all honest :smile:
  • Thanks for the info....I increased some of my calories but felt guilty eating back all and I only lost 1 lb this week and before I was averaging 2.5 to 4 lbs a week.
  • If you really enjoy fruit, I make up a fruit salad using fresh pineapple, 2 ruby red grapefruit, 3 oranges, 2 crisp tart apples. Being almost all citrus it last a week and for a 1/2 cup it is only 34 calories.

  • Make sure you are eating healthy foods every 2 to 3 hrs and get plenty of water. I don't eat anything after 7pm or 3 hours before bed but still have a glass of water.   • We are doing this as a family and it was easier for us to gather together on Sunday in the morning before breakfast. We weigh in at 7 am every Sunday and record or weight on a white board with the date. We started on January 1st and have faithfully recorder every week.
