Do a large prep once a week. Chop your veggies, portion out meats, cook food for lunches, etc. Then, it's all grab and go for the rest of the week. Eat what your kids and husband eat. Weight loss is about a calorie deficit. You can lose weight even if you never move. You just need to eat less than you burn.

Agreed. You can achieve a goal body fat % without having to worry about the scale. Especially if you are at a healthy weight. Muscle loss would not be ideal however, even if you aren't too concerned with it.

I'm 5'6", 181lbs and I eat 1970 a day. But I'm only set up to lose 1lb a week and I use the TDEE-average method, so my exercise cals are already included.

We have both, along with Amazon Prime. We got rid of satellite last year. I honestly haven't missed it. Right now, I spend $22 per month for the 3 (Amazon Prime is $72/year, lots of included movies and tv shows and free 2 day shipping on lots of stuff as well) compared to $85 per month for satellite. Totally worth it!

Nope. Your body weight doesn't count when you're working with free weights.

Herbalife only works by creating a calorie deficit. There are no magical weight loss ingredients. You can achieve the same results by eating less food (even if you don't exercise).

My 1 rep max is 265. Right now, I'm doing Wendler 5/3/1, so my squats are a percentage of 90% of my 1RM. They are anywhere from 150-225lbs, depending on the day of the program. I'm 5'6", 180lbs. I'm only getting smaller.
