How To Stay Consistent: Work + School

For those of you working full time and going to grad school (or taking classes/any type of schooling), how do you manage to maintain or loose weight when you are sitting for 10-12 hours a day?
Summer is here, but next semester I am looking at 45 hour work weeks + 3 classes x 3.5hrs each (plus 1 hr commute) total of 60 hours sitting on my butt a week.
Any suggestions would be great!

Weight loss is about a calorie deficit. You can lose weight even if you never move. You just need to eat less than you burn.0
