Do bootcam now and weh the weather starts getting cold. Stay inside and do turbo jam. I love... love... love turbo jam. I think just the opposite. I think varation is the key to your body changing. I have done P90x from beach body too and that is the key idea... change it up so your muscles get confused. Good luck.

Their Frozen steel cut oatmeal is cheap and awesome. Chicken apple sausage ... yum Triple berry muffins ........ fabulous The best olive hummus ever.... Have fun... It is great.

Instead of expensive protein shakes. 8 ounces of skim milk and 2 tbls of choc syrup. Yummy and wow it powers you up after a workout.

I like doing pilates after a shorter cardio. I just did tonight. I find pilates challenging but relaxing. I think in reverse order it might be hard to get the energy to get up and do cardio. It is a nice cool down.

I can kickbox, P90x and do insanity. I run for a mile... shin splints and arches killing me .... Crazy!

I don't think it is that hard. Just pace yourself and use less weight. Good luck... you will love it.

Wow! Thanks for all of the great advice. I agree. I am always so scared to raise my calorie intake but i think I need to do that next week. Thanks hopefully ... we can all bust through these plateaus soon.

I make a dozen Trader joe Triple Berry Muffins and freeze them. (they have all natural ingredients). I also sometimes have a half of cup of part skim ricotta cheese with cinnamon and about ten blueberries... surprisingly, it is awesome.

I gave up sweetners last summer after reading Jillian Michael's book. I use agave. It has a low glycemic index and is better for you even though it has calories. I always bring something to a dinner party that I know I can nibble on without guilt. cut veggies with non-fat greek yogurt (with a dip mix) is a favorite of mine to bring. I load up on these and then eat half of my meal so that I don't look rude. Or.... I make it my cheat day (only once a month option for me.)
