How long does it take to see results? I have been completely clean eating for only a week and half and I swear my love handles are starting to reduce. Is this possible?

Supreme 90 day
Has anyone tried Supreme 90 day? I bought it yesterday and tried it today. The instructor is pretty awesome. I like that there are different moves than I have seen before. I like that it is a bit shorter than p90x and insanity that I am used to doing. Anyone having success with this program?

Why do I still look like this?????????????
I feel like unlike many of my friends. I have eaten really healthy and have worked about four days a week religiously. Why do my legs still look like crap and my arms look cubby. GENETICS SUCK!

Okay... I do P90X and I eat 1200-1400 calories a day. I am a bit high on the sugars everyday but everything else is in range. I have been stuck at the same weight since January. I started P90x to get the last 10 pounds off. WHY ISN'T THE LAST TEN COMING OFF?????? Please help because I am getting toooooooooooooo frustrated!

appendix surgery... when should I workout again.
I just had my appendix removed. I haven't been to my follow up appointment yet but I am bummed that I haven't worked out for a week and a half. Does anyone know when it is safe to workout again? I hope it is not too long. :sad:

Should I always eat my " Daily Goal" calories?
If I do an hour of cardio, should I eat the extra calories? I have been stuck at the same weight for about three weeks and I do not know if I should eat a little more to kick it in gear. I am getting frustrated. I workout for about four hours per week and I have only lost 11 pounds since Christmas. BOO!
