In addition you can use an exfoliant like apricot scrub, it helps get all the sweat and dirt out of the pores.0 -

Or you can try those cleansing cloths, keep them in your gym bag.
Quick tips:
Always Cleanse twice, especially after a workout or wearing makeup. The first cleanse removes the suface dirt and sweat. The second gets into the pores and cleans away what is actually causing the breakouts.
Get a spot treatment that is benzoyl peroxide to use when you have actual pimples, not blackheads or whiteheads. Don't let it mix with your moistuizer, it lessens the effect. And don't mix benzoyl peroxide products with salicylic acid products, it can be damaging to your skin.
Exfoliate with a good scrub once per week. I typically try to ween my clients off of apricot scrubs. They do more scratching the skin then they do exfoliating. Go to a spa rather than department store cosmetic counter and splurge a little. The products last longer and work better, so the cost does work itself out in the end. I promise you.
